Angela H. Magary is Of Counsel to Reasonover & Olinde, L.L.C. and works with the firm in connection with its securities and commercial litigation practice. She is a graduate of the State University of New York at Albany (B.A., 1995) and New England School of Law (J.D., 1999). Ms. Magary is admitted to practice in Massachusetts, the U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts, and the U.S. Court of Appeals, First Circuit.

Ms. Magary handles a variety of litigation matters, with a primary focus on securities arbitration and litigation, as well as immigration and asylum matters and representing parties to business, real estate, and probate disputes. She provides representation at both the trial and appellate level. In 2003, she settled a securities arbitration matter that resulted in the largest referral fee ever paid, by tenfold, to the Boston Bar Association Lawyer Referral Service.

During law school, Ms. Magary served as the Managing Literary Editor of the New England Journal of Criminal and Civil Confinement and also received the New England School of Law Service Award and the Woman Achiever Award for the years 1997-1999.
