Page Poerschke represents clients in a variety of civil litigation matters, including class actions and other complex civil litigation, securities fraud, commercial litigation, financial services litigation and broker-dealer matters. Ms. Poerschke has been appointed as a Deputy Attorney General to represent the State of Alabama in litigation involving companies who have violated the registration provision of the Sale of Checks Act.

Ms. Poerschke received her B.A. from the University of Alabama in 1993 and her J.D. from its School of Law in 1997.
