Kirk Smith maintains a broad-based litigation practice, primarily representing clients in the defense of civil litigation, including insurance representation, financial services, business torts, product liability, fraud claims, insurance coverage matters, and general commercial litigation.  

Mr. Smith received his B.A., cum laude, in International Studies from Birmingham-Southern College, where he was a member of Phi Beta Kappa and a recipient of the Blount-Monaghan Honors Scholarship, and his J.D. from Vanderbilt University School of Law.
